Ninja Foodi AF300UK vs Ninja Foodi AF400UK Air Fryer: A Complete Comparison
Power
The Ninja Foodi AF400UK Air Fryer is more powerful than the AF300UK, with a wattage of 2470 watts compared to 2400 watts. This means that it can reach a higher cooking temperature and cook food more quickly.
The model number is AF400UK. It comes with two compartments that can hold up to 4kg of food each, making it one of the most versatile air fryers on the market. The machine has an easy-to-use digital interface and offers non-stick cooking modes for both thin or thick foods (eats 3/5L).
Performance
The Ninja Foodi AF300UK and AF400UK air fryers are both excellent performers. They use 200ºC to cook food evenly and quickly, which means that food items come out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The drawers can handle up to five pounds of food; meaning you won’t have to constantly empty them during cooking. In addition, it takes two shakes for the drawer contents in the AF400UK to be crispy, but it’s worth all the effort.
The AF400UK is also equipped with a Max Crisp function that allows you to cook even more food at once. Finally, reheating food items in the air fryer works brilliantly, particularly for pizza.
The Ninja Foodi AF300UK does have a Max Crisp function, but it has an additional option to cook frozen hash browns. The hash browns come out crispy and even – definitely a worthwhile feature if you’re looking for an air fryer specifically designed for this purpose.
Control Panels
The control panels on the Ninja Foodi AF300UK and the AF400UK are different, but both are very easy to use. The Ninja Foodi AF300UK has a simple, two-drawer control panel with a knob for each drawer.
You can set the temperature and time for each drawer independently, or use the Match or Sync mode to cook them together. There’s also a Keep Warm function that will keep your food warm until you’re ready to eat it.
The Ninja Foodi AF400UK has a more complex control panel with two drawers and lots of cooking controls. It also has a built-in timer so that you can time your cooking perfectly. The Drawer Divider feature lets you cook multiple dishes at once without mixing their flavors together.
Size and Capacity
When it comes to air frying, size and capacity do matter. You want an air fryer that is the right size for your needs, and you also want one with a good-sized capacity. The Ninja Foodi AF300UK air fryer has a 7.6L capacity, while the Ninja Foodi AF400UK has a 9.5L capacity; so if you are looking for something that can handle larger quantities at once, the AF400UK would be the better option.

This review is incorrect and contradictory- both models have 2 drawers – in one place the article states the 400 has 4 drawers then later states 2 drawers!- it also states that the 300 does not have a max crisp function when in fact it does. Somebody needs to proof read the article for accuracy prior to posting.
Hi,
I appreciate the corrections.
Thank you.
